Day 29- Restore Your Posture
A healthy spine and the ability to support your spine includes a strong core. Do I sound like a broken record? Here's another terribly awesome core exercise to get all the abdominals fired. Be aware on this one, if you experience any back pain stop and reset. Take rest when needed, you'll need it! Aim for 5-10 seconds or 3-5 rotations each direction. Repeat as needed, but not to the point of failure.
