Day 26- Restore Your Posture

Here's a fun one... if you have monkey bars nearby or a bar of some sort to use. If you do not, there is a variation (not as effective) in the video as well. We've only got 4 more days of exercises and I hope you are still as excited as I am everyday to open these exercises and see what you can do next.
