Aligned Wellness Project Retreat

Join this one-day Wellness Workshop for community members led by three experienced health practitioners. This immersive retreat will empower participants to begin or deepen their journey toward well-being. The day will include sessions on physical fitness, nutrition and food preparation, mental health, and mindfulness practices, all delivered through a mix of lectures, small group discussions, and hands-on activities.

Our goal is to provide a space for individuals to reconnect with their health, build sustainable habits, and leave equipped with practical tools to carry forward.
