Mini Retreat Series

Join this Mini Series of Wellness Workshops for community members led by three experienced health practitioners. This series will empower participants to begin or deepen their journey toward well-being. The sessions will include on movement and quality of life, nutrition and food preparation, mental health, and mindfulness practices, all delivered through a mix of lectures, small group discussions, and hands-on activities.

Our goal is to provide a space for individuals to reconnect with their health, build sustainable
habits, and leave equipped with practical tools to carry forward.
